Dangerous Crossing at Taylor Wimpey Bourne View

Please provide a safer crossing for the residence of your development.
Why is this important?
As you can see on the site plan:- https://www.taylorwimpey.co.uk/find-your-home/england/oxfordshire/hook-norton/bourne-view
Bourne Lane takes a sharp turn at the North end leading to Sibford Road (and Hook Norton Primary School). It is a blind corner and very dangerous, especially in dark/wet/icy conditions.
At present (Novemeber 2016) there are no road markings for drivers, and the pavement you have provided is too narrow. The pavement is also overgrown and cut off by bollards making the small crossing area impossible to use.
Pedestrians are currently putting themselves at risk to get across the road. This is the route many residence use to walk our children to/from school and concerns are growing as the days become darker and the weather takes a turn into winter.
We would like this issue resolved before an accident occurs. Prevention rather than cure.
The residence would be happy to walk a Manager of the site through the area of note and discuss the solution to this serious matter.
We look forward to your swift response.
