Dangerous payments for disabled and blind people

As a disable person in a wheelchair I am disgusted with the lack of drop kerbs which often means I cannot get off the pavement.

I've often have to try and turn around which can be very dangerous in a limited space and back track until I find one. If I cannot turn round, there is a danger I could fall off the curb and do myself a serious injury, not to mention the added danger should a vehicle be coming at the same time.

The state of the pavements are a disgrace. They are so uneven and it's not the first time that the wheelchair has nearly toppled over. This can not only be caused by uneven pavement but worse still, roots of the trees at the side of the pavement

These need to be addressed AAP before I and others like me have a nasty accident

Why is this important?

I feel that anyone who has a disabled or blind person in their family or amongst their friend will be able to identify with these problems and wouldn't want them to suffer.
