Disabled friendly housing for Richard Andrew to live an independent life with his family

Richard had a brain hemmorhage and stroke four years ago at the age of 41, He is no longer able to live at home with his family and young son, he is currently in a care home forty miles away with his family. We need a property for Richard to live an independent life.

Why is this important?

Richard is heartbroken at being forced to live apart and it has affected his mental health, richard is wheelchair dependent and has lots of other disabilities. All he wants is to be at home where he belongs
