Dogs need your attention protect those without a voice
Dog owners have responsibilities to make sure they know how to treat care and look after a dog to give it the best life it can have and to ensure it is trained well to be a part of society and communities so often I see owners with dogs treating them wrongly and sometimes with cruelty. Some people just don't understand how to look after a dog. I would like to see all dog owners having to apply for a license to have a dog. With this license you have to attend 6 sessions of dog training and dog edicate. The money accumulated can go to employ dog wardens to patrol the streets making sure people are being responsible with their dogs.
Why is this important?
Most people love and want a dogs & dogs love people. Unfortunately some people behave badly towards dogs and this needs to stop. I care about this deeply because sadly I all too often see it with my own eyes the crulty aimed at innocent dogs and I can't bare to see vulnerable animals hurt. It so easy to get a dog which can attract people who do not have the best interest of the dog at heart. More stringent rules may deter those people.
