Don’t penalise pensioners!

This is a cynical attempt by Barnsley Council to impose further hardships on the people who can least afford it. Perhaps other cuts pertaining to Council expenses could be substituted instead. As a disabled pensioner myself I am very much aware of what cuts like this could mean.
