Drain cleaning

It is not rocket science that a lot of flooding occurs because the drains are blocked. Surely it would be less expensive to obtain a small fleet of drain/gully emptiers to use on a regluar basis to keep the drains running free. This would also keep the virmin population down and reduce disease that must be around. In years gone by this job was done and the flooding etc was at a miminum
