Echo chamber buildings

Many modern buildings have hard internal walls and surfaces which reflect sound. This trend causes interior spaces to be noisy and impossible to hear what is said. There should be a standard maximum specification for sound decay inside buildings. This can be cured with sound absorption panels to break up and absorb sound waves. This would help me and millions of others be able to hear in these modern echo chambers.

Why is this important?

It is unrecognised and ignored that millions of people can’t hear in buildings with no sound absorption. Normal conversation is impossible in these places. It includes village halls, restaurants, housed, gymnasiums etc
