Provide a dedicated service to ensure those who make a complaint about the Pip process are rightfully considered within a 30 day period.
Why is this important?
Currently there are many of us who make written complaints or verbal who have no response given at all.
People are being intimidated, minimised and are inaccurately represented by professionals.
A complaints procedure ( additional to the appeal process ) needs to be put into legislation so that there is understanding how barbaric the process is.
