Equal work-Equal pay
Some have noticed the indeed applications referring to a higher wage for the same job description as us at NatWest and RBS. It isn’t legal to have different people on the same contract (which many won’t have received anyway after years of working here). It is out right as hard working individuals to receive equal pay. Why is this important?
We all deserve equal pay. No one is worth more or less than the individual next to them.
