Eradicate child poverty in the U.K.

Dear Angela, can you please raise the issue of child poverty in parliament again. As I’m sure you are aware it is currently running at 31% which for the 6th richest country in the world is a national disgrace.
I don’t want to hear the government whining that there’s a cost of living crisis, the money is here, it just needs relocating from those who are hoarding it in offshore accounts and start to redress the wealth gap because that is what is causing the problem! Poverty creates health problems that puts additional strain on the already broken NHS and it creates increasing crime.
The system that has created this problem needs fixing. Clearly trickle down has failed dramatically so those who earn huge profits from the workers who are now struggling need to learn to pay higher wages and share their wealth more fairly. If this system isn’t changed the end result is riots and U.K. wide unrest.
Please add your name and strength to this critical cause.
Kind regards
Steve Cox

Why is this important?

Because our system has failed, it is completely broken.
31% child poverty and a cost of living crisis in the 6th richest country in the world should be proof enough for all!
The wealth gap is driving poverty and crime in our country whilst crippling our key services like the NHS. It is only through people power that we can change this so we must unite and stand together.
