European gambling sites to adhere to self exclusion

I have been someone who has suffered with gambling related harm, even with self excluding in the U.K. European gambling sites are still allowing people to access these with no checks, fraudulent depositing and ruining lives. I request that the gambling commission look into blocking European gambling sites for all those who have proven gambling related harm issues
