1,We need a raise for packets due to our rising cost.
2,removal of road from a select few couriers resulting in a high loss of earnings.
3,Payment being held, alot of courier have bills that are coming out twice before we get paid we should not have our money held due to Hermes/Evri incompetence.
4,clarity of payment or a breakdown of exactly what we’ve delivered at the end of the day so we can accurately work out what we’re owed.
5,addressing Sunday service some courier are still being told they have to work on a Sunday which it was not Stated in our contract we signed
7,toilet facilities at Acton depot are unacceptable don’t think they ever been cleaned.

Why is this important?
Driver are suffering due to loss of earnings. Field managers are removing Route from drivers and giving it to new drivers at a Low low rate like they are slaves. This must stop.
