Expel Israel from the United Nations

introduce a Security Council motion to expel Israel from the United Nations under Charter Article 6 due among other things to violation of Charter Article 4 requiring members to be 'peace-loving states'

Why is this important?

Charter Article 6 enables the General Assembly upon recommendation of the Security Council to “expel” Members who have “persistently violated the Principles contained in the present Charter.”
Israel has started wars in 1948, 1956, 1967, 1982, 1987, 2000, 2006, 2008, 2012 and 2014. It continually violates UN General Assembly Resolutions 181, 194, 3236 and dozens more, as well as about 80 Security Council Resolutions including 242 and 338. (see http://www.foreignpolicyjournal.com/2010/01/27/rogue-state-israeli-violations-of-u-n-security-council-resolutions/ )
It thereby continually fails to fulfil the 4 conditions of its membership set by the GA in Res 273 of May 1949.
It has gained territory by aggression, ethnically cleansed territory, and killed, wounded, imprisoned, and humiliated tens of thousands of Palestinians, as well as destroying much of their property. It still occupies Syrian, as well as Palestinian, territory.
Israel never punished the Zionist murderers of the first UN Mediator for Palestine Folke Bernadotte. Current UN Special Rapporteur for Palestine Makarim Wibisono has resigned the post as of 31 March 2016 because Israel has not allowed him access to the West Bank and Gaza. Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon has levelled unprecedented criticism at Israel in January and February 2016.
There are precedents. The UN in effect expelled Southern Rhodesia in 1965, the Republic of China in 1971, the Republic of South Africa in 1974 and rump Yugoslavia in 1992. (see the 'Long dossier' at www.blakealcott.jimdo.com/publications )
In order to pressure Israel to respect all the rights of all Palestinians and to restore self-respect and world respect for the UN, the Security Council should invoke Charter Article 6 - based on Israeli violations of Charter Articles 2.3, 2.4, 4, 55 & 56 - recommending that the General Assembly expel Israel.
