Fix the Black Bridge

Make repairs to reopen the Black Bridge aka Stowfield Bridge in Lydbrook(GLOS).

Why is this important?

The Bridge is an integral part of the World renowned Wye Valley Walk in an AONB.If it remains closed for another Summer not only will local businesses suffer again,but the Bridge is the only crossing over the River Wye and if it cannot be crossed the Wye Valley Walk will be lost forever.
