Free bus pass for 60 year olds in UK

I would like to ask, why as a 60 year old I do not get a free bus pass, In Northern Ireland, wales and Scotland 60 yr olds do.
I feel this is totally unfair and needs to be changed, we are not entitled to apply for our bus pass until our state pension Age, which is forever increasing. If scotland, wales and Northern ireland have addressed this why has our government not?
I would like this issue to be raised in the house of commons please.

Why is this important?

I feel the elderly are forever being penalised, eg: having to pay for a TV licence now, bus pass not allowed until your pension age which keeps rising, Banks, post offices closing in local communities, not all elderly have computers, mobile phones for online services, not all can afford such devices.
