Free parking for NHS workers

Good afternoon!
I am asking for the rights for parking, to be free for all NHS staff. I have recently found out my sister pays £7.00 shift at her hospital she works at. Also with the 3% pay rise how can that pay for them parking to go to work to help people. How is this possible I do not understand this it needs to change. The NHS are struggling as it is with alit of staff either passed away with covid or left also pinged to isolate when they work in a hospital. It needs to change how is it half the nurses are also claiming benefit because they cannot afford to live please help them and let them park for free
