The problem is , every neighbour in Swansea have to put their rubbish bags and it is just left by the side of the road , ripped apart, foxes and Different types of species open them and rubbish is blown everywhere, that’s when the rats & mice come along , at least if we have a general waste wheelie bin and a recycling wheelie bin it is more clean and better for the environment
