Give people awaiting benefits a basic payment

Give people who are new claimants and people who have changed their type of benefit a basic payment until their full benefits get paid.

In cases where it has been more than a month fine the DWP and give the money without prejudice to foodbanks.

Why is this important?

Because millions of people in the UK are flooding into foodbanks with no recourse from the DWP or Government to change or help the situation. It's time for the DWP to be made accountable and the Government as well.
