Government Enforced Loan

Please try to stop the enforcement of the £200 loan from the chancellor, not every household wants to be put into debt or further hardship enforced on them, is this legal without consent or signature, as the leader of the SNP party in Westminster I am hoping that you can help by bringing it to the attention of the house.

Why is this important?

Do you want the UK government to force a debt on you which may cause further hardship in the future, why can't the UK government do the same as France and Germany by enforcing the energy companies to cover the increase from their huge profits and limit the increase to 4%. I do not want this loan, is this legal.
