Help to Buy Cap

The current Help to Buy Cap is making it impossible for first time buyers such as myself to purchase a house suitable for their needs. The cap means it is only possible to purchase a property with only 2 bedrooms. I have four children, both male and female thus they cannot all share. The cap is not sufficient enough to purchase an adequate property.

Why is this important?

We need to campaign for change because not all first time buyers require a small property.
