HMRC making Day Centres for Disabled People pay VAT retrospectively and in this particular case going back 11 years, which has resulted in the Day centre having to go into liquidation and close. 45 Adults with learning disabilities affected plus several Staff losing their jobs.
How can this be legal? It’s certainly immoral.

Why is this important?

This could have an impact on Day Centres all over the UK and it’s not public knowledge.
