Hoghton broadband repairs / upgrades

The people of Hoghton need to get the internet where paying for we have been calling our providers over the last 3-4 years one at a time and get told there sorting the problem out but still nothing happens we still have the same problems therefore we are starting this petition to get it sorted or we are not going to pay anymore for bad internet
