Immigration fees

I'm not eligible for the immigration scheme because my visa is different and I did apply for Indefinitely Leave to Remain after 5 years route and cost me £2408,20 plus £69.99 for the finger print appointment plus £150 English Test and £50 for Life in Uk test that's mean by total of £2678.19. This is really unfair, I'm working Hospital Porter before the pandemic and during the pandemic and still right now I working hard to save lifes and to assist the Doctors, nurses, sisters. There is a lot of workers have same case like me and the Government doesn't care about us, only care about the Doctors and Scientists, as we are Porters we make difference in the Healthcare services that's Boris Johnson don't know about it.
