Levelling up!! Free bus travel for ALL over 60's in uk

In the UK over 60's in Wales, Scotland get free bus travel at 60. In London this extends to rail and underground within the city limits. Please explain why people in the rest of the UK do not receive the same benefit when we pay the same taxes and NI. The govement bangs on about levelling up. This is a easy fix. Petitions related to this issue have been going on for many year with little support. It's about time the public got behind this and pushed for equality across the country.
