Make Polkyth a Surgery again

We need to turn Polkyth back into a surgery with its own patients and its own phone system. Clearly the new way is not working with alot of people not getting their medical needs catered for. For instance, my husband has a lot of medical problems and since its been changed 4 letters and emails from Treliske Hospital had not been picked up and read so he didnt get the treatment the hospital required, 2 bloods wents missing or untested, 6 pages of repeats missing and. That is one person - the amount of fails created by the new system is putting everybody in danger . We need it back the way it was.
