Make Tall Trees, Beckview Safe — Finish the Roads and Repair Dangerous Ironworks

We, the undersigned, call on Avant Homes, Broadacres, Esh Homes, and Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council to:

1. Urgently complete the road surfacing and finishing works at Tall Trees, Beckview;

2. Repair or level all raised ironworks immediately to prevent further damage and danger; and

3. Confirm publicly who is responsible for ensuring that the roads are completed and made safe.

Why is this important?

Residents of the Tall Trees development in Beckview are living with unfinished roads and raised ironworks that have been left in place for months. These hazards are causing repeated damage to vehicles and creating unsafe driving conditions throughout the estate.

Homeowners have paid full price for their properties yet are forced to drive daily on unsafe, unfinished roads. The ongoing dispute over responsibility cannot continue at the expense of residents’ safety and vehicle damage.

Immediate action and accountability are needed to make Tall Trees safe for everyone.
