Making the Ministerial Code of Conduct legally binding, not a moral code

We need to make the Government accountable to the people with a legally binding Code of Conduct.

Why is this important?

The Government has recently changed the Code of Conduct so MPs no longer have to resign for breaking the code, meaning there is no longer anything to govern behaviour of our MPs.
