Making young drivers car insurance lower

I think people get young drivers to get out and start driving so they can start to be independent and do things on their own! BUT YET the insurance is so high, and some young drivers struggle with money so how do they think they can afford their own insurance?

Why is this important?

The insurance needs to be lowered as it is too high for young drivers to pay! There are people out there who struggle with money but want to be able to drive and get out to be independent. Young people want to be independent and get out on their own!
