MP Lee Anderson must resign immediately

In light of his remarks regarding the most egregious instance of police brutality witnessed this century, MP Lee Anderson ought to resign or be dismissed from his position as the MP for Ashfield. In response to a viral video depicting a British police officer repeatedly stomping on the head of a defenseless person, the Ashfield representative stated, quote, "I’d give them a medal." This utterly vile and appalling comment is completely inappropriate for a serving member of parliament.
