MPs ignore Democracy in Parliament by talking Bills out of time to suit own interests

When Bills are discussed in the House of Commons it should not be possible for MPs to use "filibustering", where someone talks nonstop, to prevent time to vote on that Bill as time has run out. This is often done for personal reasons and excellent Bills like "Upskirting", "FGM" "Ban Trophy Hunting Imports" to name a few are talked out of time in Parliament and miss another Parliament session.

Nobody should be allowed to "Filibuster" any Bill. We believe it makes a mockery of democracy.

There should be a set amount of time an MP or Peer can speak to get their views across, but a single MP should not be able to talk the Bill out of being voted on.

By having a set amount of allocated time each member could have a chance to speak, instead of "Filibustering" to block the Bill.

In this day and age, we believe Filibustering must not be allowed in a democratic country.

Why is this important?

We are a Democracy and some Laws are outdated and do not reflect today's living standards. However to get changes, this can only happen by a Bill in Parliament where MPs and/or Peers state reasons why they are for or against the Bill and the reasons.
However, there is no set time for speaking and all too often we have seen a Bill get talked out of time, known as Filibustering, so the Bill runs out of time and the Bill falls off the radar.
This keeps happening and recent incidents have been "Up skirting", "FGM", "Ban Trophy Hunting Imports", the lit is endless.
That's not Democracy but corruption. We cannot allow this to continue in Parliament
There should be a set allocated time limit to speak and then sit down without any further attempt to delay the outcome.
