No cut in pay for Outward support staff!

As members of staff at Outward, we the undersigned ask that the Outward Board put our views to the fore when considering management proposals to save money. We call for:
• No cut in pay for care and support staff
• London Living Wage for all
• No change to sick pay entitlement

Why is this important?

We want our employer to oppose the race to the bottom in terms and conditions for care and support staff.
