No HMOs in Eastdurham Towns and Villages

Step in and stop the development of HMOs in east Durham Towns and villages, to allow more properties to be available for families

Why is this important?

East Durham is left behind compared to the rest of the country, schools are over crowded, people can't get a dentist appointment, there's no available parking for residents, so a house with 5 to 6 people would put pressure on these. We are asking Durham county council to step in and do something to stop these properties being converted
