No school holiday fine for children with disabilities

Stand up to fines given to parents/ and carers, of children with disabilities. That take them out of school in term time for a Holiday.
Children with disabilities have different needs and if a parent/ carer is taking them out, because it is in the child best interest, then this should be supported by the government.
Parents / carers should NOT be penalised.
Also parents /carers on low income due to being Full-time carers, should be able to take advantage of lower priced holiday, because they cannot work, due to having a child with a disability under their care.

Why is this important?

It is important to understand that a child with a disability has different needs therefore, should not be expected to comply with an overall standard.
