Abuse of Child in School with SEN in Lambeth , London

Dear Children's Minister

I would like a thorough and independent investigation into my autistic son being locked up and asaulted in both his primary schools in Lambeth. I would like all the evidence reviewed to include medical reports , child witnesses and photographs of injuries by a specialist police officer who actually knows and agrees with child rights under UN Convention Rights of the Child

I want Lambeth council held to account for failing to provide a safe education for a 6-7 year old autistic child despite previous allegations and warnings

Why is this important?

I believe in cases of institutional abuse, where the authorities are legally responsible, especially in cases of vulnerable children, the priority is to protect the reputation of the establishment and not the interest of the child. The Childrens Act needs to be changed, it is a grey area of law, and far more support needs provided to victims of Child Abuse, especially those with Special needs who cannot always act as witnesses so the case cannot even get to court .

Did you know that the Professional Standards within the met police have taken well over a year to investigate themselves on the failings of the Child Abuse Investigation Team in Lambeth on this case . It is still ongoing

Did you know that the Governing Body of one of the schools refused to unjudgementally suspend the suspect while he was being investigated by the police - another allegation was made against him by another vulnerable child during this time .

Did you know that neither the Governing Bodies of the schools or Lambeth Council are willing to look at the evidence we have that would prove the schools have lied. They also changed and destroyed evidence .

Please read Owen Jones in today's Guardian . There is nothing to gain by false allegations only prosecution. Please sign our campaign and urge an independent inquiry to look at ALL the evidence.
