No to additional Housing in Sandbrook Road, Ainsdale

Please dont knockdown Meadows ATC for adults with learning diffuculties. - this centre provides a fantastic service to those who use it and the change would be incredibly stressful and unsettling to all concerned.
Please dont destroy shrubland which is housing rare water voles, brown long eared bats and pipistrelle bats. Also a huge loss of privacy, noise and risks of accidents with additional traffic. The additional proposed apartment blocks plans are really not sited correctly.

Why is this important?

The conservation issues are so very important to all across the area. We have a duty to protect and preserve these creatures in there natural habitat and this is a legal requirement under domestic and and international legisation.
The centre provides a vital service to service users and families, a really important environment for all concerned.
The general privacy currently enjoyed and beautiful landscape enjoyed by all current residents would be lost completely with a risk of access issues and increased accidents.
