Now that the courts have ruled in favour of keeping Corbyn on the ballot, there is nothing to prevent him from winning another landslide victory. He is miles ahead in the polls, he has the support of a vast majority of trade unions and Constituency Labour Parties, and he remains hugely popular among Labour Party members. Let's not waste the next six weeks fighting a pointless internal battle when we should be getting on with the job of being The Opposition and uniting the party behind our elected Leader.
