Pension review
Please carry out an urgent review of the amount of money provided to those who receive an age pension. This amount to approximately £818 every 4 weeks for a male and even less for a female. This does not allow anyone to continue to live as if they were still working and brining in a living wage which tends to be over a minimum of £1200 pounds for those working. It is in fact less than even an asylum seeker gets and they have contributed nothing to this country. I would like to know why this is allowed to happen by consecutive governments in the UK
Why is this important?
To many older people are being forced to make a choice of heating or food and are not being afforded a decent pension that allows them to survive independently
