To: Thames Water is a junk company! Who in their right mind would trust them with £6 billion of taxpayers money?

Pointless Reservoir.

Having lived in Stanford in the Vale for 22years, every winter the A417 is flooded both east and west of the village. This water should be managed and harvested along this stretch of the road and other places like this.
Also in the area serviced by Thames Water there are hundreds if not thousands of water leaks that never seem to get fixed! Surely funds need to be allocated to rectifying this wastage before bumbling into this white elephant of a project, which will destroy the ecosystem of our area.

Why is this important?

I believe that anyone who values this area, not just for its beauty but the farmland, the wildlife and the ecosystem. Also these so called have no idea of the damage they may cause due the raising of the water table in this as this area is already very prone to flooding.
