Police inaction on hunt crime
Every day, hunters, along with their supporters and staff, are breaking laws. Laws that if you or I broke them would see us facing criminal charges!
The police if they attend at all appear to take no action, or fail to follow up on complaints.
Trespass on private and publicly owned land, criminal damage, and interfering with badger sets. Hounds so dangerously out of control that they worry livestock, kill pets and cause chaos on the roads. Terrier men driving unlicensed, uninsured and overloaded quad bikes on public highways. Drink driving- the list goes on!!
As if all this wasn’t bad enough there has recently been a worrying increase in physical violence towards hunt monitors and saboteurs, particularly females!
Enough is enough!! Having friends in high places does not mean that the law doesn’t apply to them!
Act now to insist that hunt related crime is prosecuted in the way it should be
