Post Office Scandal: Exonerate Sub Postmasters unjustly convicted during the Horizon IT scandal

Evidence has been produced that the Post Office engaged in a mass cover up which led to the unjust prosecution of over five hundred Post Office Staff

Twenty years after he lost his own Post Office, Alan Bates is still fighting for compensation for the hundreds of other victims.

The Post Office blamed three thousand five hundred Postmasters for financial losses caused by the Horizon IT system.

Seven hundred were found guilty of crimes, two hundred and thirty-six went to prison.

Four Postmasters took their own lives.

The Court of Appeal has so far overturned ninety-three wrongful convictions.

The Public enquiry that Alan Bates called for in 2009 is now underway.

Of the five hundred and fifty, who fought along side him in the high court, eighteen have died without seeing justice or full compensation.

To date, no current or former Post Office executive has faced criminal charge.

The people responsible for this travesty must be held accountable.

The innocent victims must be exonerated and fully compensated without further delay.
