State schools falling down

The children are our future, but is their education getting in the way of their learning? Public high schools across the country can barly afford pencils never mind heating and sturdy roofs to keep the winter weather outside rather than in. I experienced first hand the struggle 11-16 year olds are facing. Its ridiculous that children should be made to wear layers of extra clothing just to keep warm in a classroom with cracked windows and leaky ceilings. It is outrageous to be treated this way. We need not only funding but support and advise to the schools teaching less fortunate children
Why is this important?
These children are our future but how are they meant to have a future with faulty equipment and lack of staff? You wouldn't make your child live in these conditions so why should the sit 6 hours 5 days a week in a building baly fit for wild animals? I say more funding! More awareness! Let's do it!
