Return The Balfour Day Centre in Patterns Lane Rochester as a centre for ALL people with disablities in Medway Medway Community health care has done its bit to keep it open so it needs to be runned by them not council
Why is this important?
Because I used to go there but can't because of the 2005 criteria set by managers in council
