Quite apart from the cultural significance of the Curzon Mayfair and the pleasure it has been giving to thousands of people over the years, I'm more than happy to support anything that goes against the kind of "residential' (i.e. luxury investment) developments that not only raze over much of what used to make London interesting, but are also, when you look at it more closely, a not insignificant factor in the rise of homelessness in the capital.
