Save on Heating
Changing the clock from summer time to GMT increases the the cost of energy. New Zealand for it reduced cost by 3% in summer time. I am old enough to remember double summer time, dark at 10pm
Why is this important?
With energy costs double this would help to keep Daylight longer into the evening
