Ensure fair remuneration for all pharmacists across sectors.
Give Locum pharmacists more employment Rights and save them from abuse by pharmacy big chains and contractors.
Ensure pharmacists are paid in line with inflation.
Provide adequate funding for community pharmacies so that pharmacist can get a decent pay rise in line with inflation.
Increase pharmacist pay by 10% pay rise.
Locum pharmacist pay is suggested to manipulation, safeguard it against abuse.
Locum pharmacists are self employed, give them rights to negotiate their hourly rates in line with inflation given that they pay their own taxes.

Without community pharmacies operational there will be not enough jobs for pharmacists.
Locum pharmacists are approximately 35% of the workforce in community pharmacy . Also a large number works in hospital, Gp practice and private sector, therefore there expertise is highly relied upon and should be valued.
