Save our train booking offices

The staff who man the ticket offices are offering much more of a service than just selling tickets. I am elderly and rely on the staff to help me on and off trains

Why is this important?

I travel regularly and won’t be able to if they close the ticket offices. This is a discrimination against elderly and disabled people
