Scottish Welfare Fund
Sort out the Scottish Welfare Fund which was created in taking over crisis loans and community care grants, it needs to be fair and work just as it was when the dwp was in charge. Must reward grants within 10 days and with all areas. Must not delay urgent grants. The management of the grant or loan must reward fully and be accountable to the users. If reciepts are wanted its only after spent to be sent. They must not discriminate.
Why is this important?
The grants for for community needs to help all whom qualify without discrimination against any members, the rewards must be sorted within 10 days and be full rewards in all areas. The management must render the service with out creating delays or using delaying tactics. The grant must be run the same way as dwp did. Must be better formatted application and urgent applications must take only 72 hours. There is no excuses to delays just bad management. Or hand back to dwp. Since the Scottish Welfare Fund and it's management are causing more harm with stress and anxiety due to ignorant, pathetic and incompetent management at this moment. It is not user friendly.
