Stop any Development on the land off Ashby Road, Hinckley known as "The Big Pit!

Block any applications made for Development on The land and lake Off Ashby road known as "The Big Pit", or halt any appeals that have been upheld.
Make a Compulsory Purchase Order for the lake & Land and maintain it to a standard suitable enough to be enjoyed by the local general public.

Why is this important?

There is not enough open space in this built up area, the lake planned for landfill is spring fed and will cause flooding, there is protected species ( Native Crayfish) that inhabit the lake and the wildlife surrounding it is plentiful
