Stop Bailiffs entering property for utility bills, council tax and rent arrears

As the UK is suffering from a severe cost of living crisis, I would like to stop Bailiffs from entering UK citizens' rented or owned home properties to take their items for being in arrears with rent, council tax and utility bills and to give UK residents a chance in court to explain the reasons why they haven't paid And to freeze any arears of their accounts to hope their situation gets better
