Stop council tax freeze

Allow councils to raise much needed funds through council tax increases.

Why is this important?

Councils across Scotland can not manage to keep services going without this tax being increased. All our services schools,hospitals,housing, and even refuse collection are suffering. Jobs are being lost,the country is imploding in on itself without money to work with.
